Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new agreement. تتضمن كل باقة عدداً محدداً من جولات التعديل. قد تتحمل التعديلات الإضافية التي تتجاوز النطاق المتفق عليه رسوماً إضافية. ستتطلب التغييرات الرئيسية في نطاق المشروع اتفاقية جديدة.

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and external factors. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact. الجداول الزمنية للمشروع هي تقديرات وقد تختلف بناءً على تعقيد المشروع وملاحظات العميل والعوامل الخارجية. سنقوم بإبلاغك بأي تأخير على الفور والعمل على تقليل التأثير.

8. Limitation of Liability 8. حدود المسؤولية

Step to Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. لن تكون Step to Brand مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدام خدماتنا. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ المدفوع للخدمة المحددة.

9. Termination 9. الإنهاء

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be charged for work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. يجوز لأي من الطرفين إنهاء الاتفاقية بإشعار كتابي. عند الإنهاء، سيتم تحصيل رسوم منك مقابل العمل المكتمل حتى تلك النقطة. الودائع غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك.

10. Governing Law 10. القانون الحاكم

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai. تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتم حل أي نزاعات من خلال التحكيم في دبي.

11. Changes to Terms 11. التغييرات على الشروط

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.
